Sequence View

View and export sequences for an a set of entries.

Method

  • Entries: Select the entries to view or export from the Project View.
  • Sequence View: Open Export > Sequence to view the sequences for a set of entries in the defined format
  • Trim to Fv: Check the "Trim to Fv" box to trim the sequences to the Fv region.
  • Export: Export the sequences using the defined format.
    • Export Formats: FASTA, FASTA (2-Line), GenBank, EMBL, IMGT, PIR, Tabular
