Delete Identical

Delete identical duplicate entries among selected antibodies in the current project.

Selecting two or more entries in the project view enables the Delete Identical... option in the Edit menu. Selecting it opens a modal dialog allowing you to evaluate sequence identity based on:

  • Full Length Sequence (Default): Compares the full amino acid sequences of both Heavy and Light chains.
  • Fv Sequence: Compares the trimmed variable domain (Fv) sequences of both Heavy and Light chains.

For each set of identical sequences among the selected entries, AbLead retains the oldest entry (earliest created) and deletes all newer duplicate entries from the project and database.
