Full Re-run Analysis

Triggers a clean re-run of sequence calculations and profiles, refreshing intermediate caching results.

To perform a full re-run: 1. Select the desired entries in the Project View. 2. Go to the Analysis menu and click Full Re-run Analysis. 3. The selected sequences will be re-analyzed, recalculating all metrics, properties, and liability scores.
