Repair Junction

Automatically correct junctions (missing or extra junction residues) on constant-containing light chains.

If the entry light chain has a constant domain, and is missing or has an extra junction residue, the entry name will be flagged in the Project View with a descriptive warning (e.g., 'Missing R', 'Extra R', 'Missing G', 'Extra G').

Use Edit > Repair Junction to correct these issues and automatically re-run the analysis on the corrected sequence.
