Set or clear the parent lineage association for selected entries.

This is useful for manually tracking lineage hierarchies (such as variants derived from a specific starting antibody) when the relationship was not automatically registered during design generation (like in Engineering or Humanization). The lineage is also used for Mutation Grid.
